  1. Why Whiznook collects information

We collect information to provide better services to our users, from figuring out basic stuff like when we need to notify you about an issue with your account, to more complex things like which games may be most helpful for you. Whiznook’s use of your information depends on how you use our services and how you manage your privacy controls.


When you’re not signed in, we store the information we collect with unique identifiers tied to the browser, application, or device you’re using. This helps us do things like maintain your language preferences and game settings across browsing sessions. When you’re signed in, we also collect information that we store with your Account.

Managing your requests (like asking for a demo, or purchasing items), managing game play including messaging between players, login and authentication, remembering your settings, activities to keep Whiznook secure, managing our system infrastructure.

Notifying you of any changes to our service, solving issues via live chat support, phone or email including any bug fixing.

Sending you emails and messages about new features, products and services, and content. Posting testimonials. Delivering targeted advertising.


How long do we store your data?

We will archive and stop actively using any personally identifiable information about you within 6 months from the time you deleted your account with Whiznook. We will delete your personally identifiable data from our archives no later than 6 years from the time you deleted your account with Whiznook.

We do not sell your personal information. Whiznook may share your information, including personal information, with third-parties or allow third-parties to collect this information from our Services in the following circumstance:

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to minors under 18 years of age. If we learn we have collected personal info from users less than 18 years of age we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to delete personal data of minors from our records.
